Dynisco ATC990 Process Controller

The Dynisco ATC990 is a universal 1/4 DIN process controller with graphical LCD display and auto-tuning function. It is designed for demanding control and monitoring tasks in plastics processing and is especially suitable for applications where process pressure, differential pressure, temperature or other process signals must be accurately displayed and controlled.

The controller provides a graphical view of process values, alarms and events. The LCD backlight can change from green to red on alarm, making critical process conditions immediately visible. The integrated setup wizard simplifies commissioning, while the adaptive auto-tuning algorithm supports efficient controller parameterization.

The ATC990 provides universal inputs for strain gauge sensors, thermocouples, linear DC signals and mA signals. An optional secondary strain gauge input can be used for differential pressure control. Via USB, Modbus RS-485 or Modbus TCP Ethernet, the controller can be integrated into modern machine and supervisory control systems. An optional data logging function records process values, setpoints and alarms as CSV files for further evaluation.
