Dynisco ATC880 Process Controller
The Dynisco ATC880 is a compact 1/4 DIN process controller with auto-tuning function for the display and control of process or differential pressure. The controller uses a proven PID algorithm and is especially suitable for plastics processing applications, for example for controlling a single process parameter on an extruder.
The ATC880 can accept input signals from strain gauge sensors as well as linear DC voltage or current inputs. Differential pressure display and control are also possible when an optional secondary strain gauge input is used. The bright 5-digit LED display is supported by a 35-segment bar graph display, providing a clear view of process values, alarm setpoints, peak values, error conditions and engineering unit beacons.
The controller is designed for easy commissioning and flexible adaptation to different applications. It can be field-configured locally or remotely by optional Modbus/Jbus without mechanical jumpers. With two standard alarms, an optional third alarm, digital security and IP65/NEMA 4X front panel protection, the ATC880 is suitable for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
