DatasheetThe switched-mode DC-DC converter is a compact voltage converter for wall mounting and is designed for converting DC voltages in technical systems, vehicles, control cabinets and industrial power supply applications. The series includes different versions with rated power from 60 to 240 W and is suitable for supplying control units, electronic modules, loads and auxiliary systems.
Depending on the type, nominal input voltages of 24 V, 48 V or 60 V DC are available. The input voltage ranges are 18–28 V, 42–56 V or 50–70 V DC, depending on the version. On the output side, versions with 5 V, 12 V or 24 V DC are available. This allows different power supply concepts to be implemented flexibly.
The devices operate as switching regulators and provide a stable output voltage in a compact design. They are short-circuit protected and equipped with electronic overload protection. These versions do not provide galvanic isolation. Depending on the model, cooling is provided by convection or fan cooling.
Thanks to their easy wall mounting, robust connection options and various voltage and power versions, the DC-DC converters can be flexibly used in systems, vehicles and control applications. Versions with E1 approval are particularly suitable for mobile applications.
