DatasheetThe switched-mode DC-DC converters type 2239.91 and 2239.10 are compact DC voltage converters for industrial applications, technical installations and mobile DC power supply systems. The units are designed as step-up converters and are mounted in a robust wall-mounted enclosure.
The converters cover a rated output power range from 48 to 240 W. Depending on the version, a lower input voltage is converted into a higher output voltage. Type 2239.91 operates with an input voltage of 11.5 to 14.5 VDC and provides a stabilized output voltage of 19 VDC ± 50 mV. The output current is 8 A and limited to 10 A.
Type 2239.10 is designed for an input voltage of 11 to 14.5 VDC and provides an output voltage of 24 VDC at an output current of 10 A. In this version, the output voltage is limited to 26 V.
Both versions provide fast regulation for load changes from 10 to 100 %. The operating temperature range is 0 to 35 °C, and the maximum relative humidity is 85 % at 35 °C. This makes the units suitable for typical industrial use in control cabinets and equipment systems.
The electrical connections differ depending on the type. Type 2239.91 is equipped with M6 brass bolts for input and output, while type 2239.10 uses 6.3 mm flat connectors. Both versions provide IP30 protection rating and protection class III.
