Dynisco EMT4XX 2 Intrinsically Safe Melt Pressure Transmitter with Integrated Thermocouple
The EMT4XX 2 series is based on Dynisco’s proven TDT technology and has been specifically developed for pressure measurement in hazardous areas. The PTB-approved two-wire amplifier converts process pressure into a proportional 4–20 mA output signal, ensuring reliable and noise-free signal transmission even over long cable distances.
An integrated Type J thermocouple allows simultaneous pressure and temperature measurement directly at the process medium. The flexible connection between the sensing stem and electronics housing improves thermal isolation and protects the electronics from excessive process heat. The series also features a flush diaphragm, integrated electronic calibration functionality and ATEX certification for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous environments.
