Dynisco TDT432F / TDT463F Melt Pressure Transmitters

The Dynisco TDT432F / TDT463F Series includes 2-wire melt pressure transmitters with integrated thermocouple for demanding melt pressure and process temperature measurements. The transmitters are designed for reliable use in critical environments with high electromagnetic interference. Even when unshielded connection cables are used, the 4…20 mA current signal can be transmitted over long distances.

A key feature of the series is the new zero adjustment concept using the “Auto-Zero” function. Zero adjustment can be performed directly in the field via a push button on the transducer or remotely from the control room or central control system. The applied process pressure is converted by the integrated 2-wire amplifier into a proportional 4…20 mA current signal.

The TDT432F / TDT463F Series combines proven strain gauge technology with a flexible capillary connection between stem and housing as well as a smooth, flush diaphragm. The integrated thermocouple enables simultaneous temperature measurement directly at the media. In addition, the series includes integrated electronic range calibration. The wetted parts are made of DyMax™ coated 15-5 PH stainless steel, material no. 1.4545.
