Dynisco MDT4X2F SIL2 Pressure Sensors

The Dynisco MDT4X2F pressure sensor series is designed for critical field applications operating in electrically noisy industrial environments. By converting the process pressure signal into a 4–20 mA output signal, reliable transmission over long cable distances can be achieved.

The sensors feature adjustable zero and span settings via side-mounted potentiometers. Rezeroing can be performed locally at the sensor or remotely by shorting dedicated terminals. The flexible capillary connection between the sensing diaphragm stem and the electronics housing simplifies installation in demanding applications. The MDT4X2F series complies with Safety Integrity Level 2 (SIL2) requirements and meets Performance Level “c” according to EN ISO 13849-1.
