Dynisco TDT432 / TDT463 Melt Pressure Transmitters

The Dynisco TDT432 / TDT463 Series includes melt pressure transmitters with voltage outputs in 3- or 4-wire technology. The transmitters are based on the proven TDA Series with integrated thermocouple and convert the applied process pressure into a proportional voltage output signal. This ensures reliable signal transmission, even over longer distances.

The series combines proven strain gauge technology with a flexible capillary between stem and housing as well as a smooth, flush diaphragm. The integrated Type J thermocouple enables simultaneous temperature measurement directly at the media. In addition, the transducer includes an integrated electronic calibration device.

The TDT432 / TDT463 transmitters are suitable for media temperatures up to 400 °C and cover pressure ranges from 0…17 bar to 0…2000 bar. Depending on the required accuracy, the TDT432 model with 0.5 % accuracy and the TDT463 model with 1.0 % accuracy are available. The wetted parts are made of DyMax™ coated 15-5 PH stainless steel, material no. 1.4545.
