Dynisco PT467E-M10 Series

The Dynisco PT467E-M10 Series includes compact melt pressure sensors for space-restricted areas. With its small 6 mm sensing element, the series is especially suitable for general-purpose polymer melt pressure measurement in small lab extruders, rheometers and nozzle pressure measurements in injection molding. The sensors provide an industry-standard 3.33 mV/V output signal and offer an accuracy of ±1.0 % FSO.

A key feature of the PT467E-M10 Series is the 0.06″ diameter exposed capillary. This allows tight bends and makes installation easier in restricted mounting locations. The sensor also includes a free-spinning jam nut that simplifies installation. Electrical connection is provided by a 6-pin Bendix-style connector for easy connect and disconnect.

The diaphragm in contact with the pressure media is made of DyMax® coated Inconel 718, providing increased wear resistance and long service life. The PT467E-M10 pressure sensors are available for pressure ranges from 0…5,000 psi to 0…10,000 psi and include internal 80 % shunt calibration. The maximum diaphragm temperature is 750 °F / 400 °C.
