Dynisco MRT 462 Multiple Range Pressure Sensor
The Dynisco MRT 462 is a versatile multiple range pressure sensor for applications with changing process conditions. With this sensor, users can select from four pressure ranges on a single transducer. Range selection is made via a rotary switch accessible on the transducer, allowing the required pressure range to be set directly in the field.
The MRT 462 is designed to provide maximum flexibility for different materials, process conditions and pressure requirements. Depending on the selected configuration, the sensor can be ordered with equivalent pressure ranges in psi, bar, kg/cm² or MPa. For the selected range, the transducer provides a 3.33 mV/V FSO output signal.
The sensor design is based on a four active arm bonded Wheatstone bridge strain gauge. The MRT 462 offers an accuracy of ±1.0 % FSO and a repeatability of ±0.1 % FSO. The wetted parts are made of DyMax® coated 15-5 PH stainless steel. Internal 80 % shunt calibration and the proven sensor design support reliable and repeatable pressure measurement in industrial applications.
