Dynisco PT462F-M10 Series
The Dynisco PT462F-M10 Series includes compact melt pressure sensors for small extruders and rheometers. Thanks to its small 6 mm sensing diaphragm, the sensor is especially suitable for applications with restricted installation space where reliable and repeatable pressure measurement is still required. The PT462F-M10 pressure sensors offer simple installation, ±1.0 % accuracy and an industry-standard 3.33 mV/V output signal.
The sensors are available for pressure ranges from 0…5,000 psi to 0…10,000 psi and feature an Inconel 718 diaphragm in contact with the pressure media. This supports increased wear resistance and long service life. The sensor design is based on a four active arm bonded Wheatstone bridge strain gauge and provides good stability and repeatability during operation.
The PT462F-M10 Series is available with rigid stem or flexible stem versions. The flexible stem version offers improved thermal isolation and makes installation easier in confined mounting areas. For easy commissioning and verification, the sensors include internal 80 % shunt calibration. Electrical connection is provided by a 6-pin Bendix-style connector.
