Eliminate the risk of water leaks

Reuter-Stokes’ Flame Tracker Dry 325 eliminates the need for water cooling lines
or electrical conduits on new turbines and upgrades. This streamlines operation,
reduces maintenance requirements for water-cooled systems, and simplifies outages —
resulting in lower labor costs and shorter overall downtime.

Reliable, rapid response

The FTD 325 provides a fast response time of less than 0.175 seconds.
Similar products may take up to 1.5 seconds to respond.
Ready to install, no programming required.

How is the FTD 325 different?

Built on the proven Silicon Carbide (SiC) sensing element used in the water-cooled
Flame Tracker, the FTD 325 system uses a remote electronics configuration that allows
the sensing element to operate at temperatures up to 325 °C at the hot end of the sensor.

The temperature-sensitive electronics are relocated to a cool area within the turbine
compartment, where temperatures remain below the typical 140 °C operational limits.
The electrical signal from the hot end is transmitted to the cool end via a
30-foot (approx. 9 m) mineral-insulated cable.

Material specifications
Housing material 300 series stainless steel
Mechanical interface 3/4″ NPT female
Sensor Silicon Carbide (SiC) photodiode
