DatasheetICS-02S – Compact Temperature Calibrator & Simulator for Field & Lab
The ICS-02S combines measurement and simulation of RTD, thermocouple, and mV/V signals in a handy instrument.
With a basic accuracy of ±0.05%, a backlit 5½-digit display, and an integrated reference junction, it is ideal for
commissioning, maintenance, and on-site calibration work. Four safety sockets (one channel) plus practical accessories
(4 mm safety leads, crocodile clips, TC reference junction plug) come as standard. Power is supplied by 4 × AAA cells,
providing up to 25 h of operation with auto power-off. Housing and scope of delivery are geared towards mobile use.
At a glance:
- RTD (Pt100/200/500/1000, Cu50): Source & measure −200…+800 °C (0.1 °C resolution), 2/3/4-wire measurement, resistance up to 5.5 kΩ with up to 0.01 Ω resolution.
- Thermocouples R, S, K, E, J, T, N, B, A, C, D: source/measure in °C/°F or as mV (source −100…1100 mV, measure 50…550 mV). Internal reference junction ±0.5 °C.
- Voltage: source/measure −10 mV…1.1 V or −35…+35 V DC (±0.05%). Audible continuity test incl. “open” threshold 0.5 kΩ.
- Ergonomics: large, high-contrast display and simple keypad navigation in a robust ABS housing (210 × 100 × 40 mm, approx. 550 g).
