AI 2xSG 4-/6-wire HS

  • Compact design with two channels and only 15 mm module width
  • Digital signal filtering in the peripheral module
  • Freely adjustable sampling rate up to 10 kHz
  • Clock-synchronous operation, optionally with oversampling
  • Connection of various sensors through a freely adjustable input range
  • Factory calibration ensures easy module replacement
Datasheet

The analog input module Al2xSG 4-/6-wire HS is the optimal solution for fast measurement requirements with sensors based on strain gauge full bridges.
The compact design ensures optimal channel density within the control cabinet.
The high sampling rate enables rapid analysis of measured values, which are seamlessly transferred to the controller.
Support for the PROFINET isochronous mode allows evaluation of connected sensors in equidistant clock cycles.
Numerous digital and freely adjustable filters enable convenient signal preprocessing directly in the peripheral module.
The full bridge is powered by the module itself – no additional hardware is required.
Both four-wire and six-wire sensors can be connected directly to the module’s BaseUnit.
Continuous and clear wiring is guaranteed.

Typical applications include force and torque measurements found in the manufacturing and packaging industry, as well as in plant and mechanical engineering.
The module is also suitable for use in motion control applications and machine tools.
