The RPS/DPS 8200/8300 series brings Druck’s proprietary TERPS technology to applications involving aggressive media. TERPS is a resonant silicon pressure sensor technology that delivers significantly higher accuracy and stability than conventional pressure measurement technologies.
The TERPS technology also extends the pressure measurement range to high pressures and significantly enhances suitability for harsh environments through true media isolation.
By packaging TERPS technology in Hastelloy C276, the RPS/DPS 8200/8300 series enables use in aggressive, corrosive media such as seawater or hydrogen sulfide (sour gas).
The combination of TERPS technology performance with the quality, reliability, and flexibility of the RPS/DPS 8000 series offers a truly unique solution for applications requiring the highest accuracy and stability in pressure measurement.

Performance
There are two levels of performance specification: Standard and Improved.
Specifications include the combined effects of non-linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature errors over the compensated temperature range and the pressure range from 35 mbar to full scale.

Temperature Effects
All temperature effects are included in the accuracy specification.
Long-Term Stability
- Standard: ±0.02% FS/year
- Improved: ±0.01% FS/year
Note: Unless otherwise specified, specifications apply at reference conditions: 25 °C ±5 °C.
