Advanced Analytics Made Into A Commodity
Due to its multi-component design with UV and NDIR technology for measuring up to three IR-active components and optionally available electrochemical sensors (O2 and H2S measurement), the ULTRAMAT 23 offers high cost efficiency and space savings.
ULTRAMAT 23 – a true all-rounder
The ULTRAMAT 23 is an innovative multi-component gas analyzer that can be equipped with the following sensors: IR detector for IR-active gases, UV photometer for UV-active gases, H2S sensor (electrochemical), O2 sensor (electrochemical or paramagnetic). This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications and industries.
A unique advantage is the integrated automatic calibration function using ambient air, which means that a test with calibration gases is only necessary once per year. Menu-guided operation in plain text allows immediate use by both users and service personnel. Preventive maintenance is facilitated by the integrated logbook information.
High selectivity due to multi-layer detectors
The multi-layer detectors used ensure high selectivity and reduced cross-sensitivity to water vapor. The robust measuring cuvettes are durable and easy to clean in case of contamination caused by sample preparation faults. The electrochemical oxygen sensor is used to determine the O2 reference value, and the hydrogen sulfide sensor extends the application range of the ULTRAMAT 23 to biogas applications. The combination of electrochemical sensors with NDIR technology in a single device helps reduce costs for sample preparation and spare parts inventory.
