IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

The LMI6000 Series marks a new generation in usability, accessibility, and performance. A new electromechanical lift automates the placement of weights. In addition, a larger, adjustable, and repositionable touchscreen, improved hardware architecture, and software automation make test execution with the push of a button more convenient than ever.

ADVANCED SOFTWARE

Tests can now be run without manually lifting weights thanks to the electromechanical lift, which also allows for simultaneous testing on multiple devices.
The integration of the lift increases user safety by reducing repeated weight handling and also improves accuracy through automated loading and unloading of weights.
The IoT-capable software of the LMI6000 allows connection to the Dynisco IoT Cloud Console for direct access to your test data.
This platform also enables correlation of lab data with production data from the line via cloud connection.
Material certification traceability is greatly simplified and can be accessed at any time globally via PC, smartphone, or tablet.

INCREASED ACCESSIBILITY

A new hardware architecture also provides faster and more intuitive navigation. The dedicated front power switch ensures that all data is saved before shutdown.
The larger, side-mounted touchscreen offers a better user experience with flexible left or right mounting and adjustable height for optimal operator comfort.

LMI6000 SERIES OPTIONS

DYNSICO IoT CLOUD CONSOLE

Dynisco’s IoT Managed Service offers customers comprehensive access to rheological data, correlations, and dashboards.
The native IoT software of the LMI6000 enables connection to the Dynisco IoT Cloud Console for direct data transfer.
This allows lab test results to be correlated with production data from rheometers connected to Dynisco’s IoT Cloud.
This simplifies lot traceability and material certification—data is accessible globally at any time via PC, smartphone, or tablet.

DIGITAL ENCODER

The digital encoder enables volumetric measurement of piston displacement during A/B and B test methods.

AUTOMATIC SAMPLE CUTTER

The automatic sample cutter cuts samples according to Method A and A/B.
The “waste cut” end piece is also cleanly removed, ensuring more repeatable and accurate samples compared to manual cutting.

SINGLE OR MULTI-WEIGHT STACK VERSIONS

The unit can be configured as a single or multi-weight system.
The automated weight system is more ergonomic, safer, and efficient and reduces operator error during multiple weight testing.
