modular design and user-friendly features. The Additel 783 controller series is optimized for
high-speed pressure generation without compromising accuracy and stability. For users who need
automated production, testing and calibration, Additel has you covered with these controllers.
The ADT783 can be quickly equipped with two control modules and a reference barometric module
to cover a wide pressure range. The Additel 783 series offers three base units to choose from,
ranging from 3500 psi (250 bar) down to low differential pressure.

ADT783-D
The ADT783-D is designed for the calibration of differential and gauge pressure from ±2 inH2O (±5 mbar) up to 36 psi (2.5 bar). Choose between one or two pressure control modules. Each module features dual-range calibration, which extends measurement accuracy within each module. This unit has a control stability of 0.003%FS. In addition to the two control modules, an optional barometric module can be added to enable gauge and absolute pressure measurements.

ADT783-1K
The ADT783-1K is designed for the calibration of gauge pressure from -14.35 psi (-0.99 bar) up to 1000 psi (70 bar). Choose between one or two pressure control modules. Each module features dual-range calibration, which extends measurement accuracy within each module. This unit has a control stability of 0.003%FS. Flexible modular design

To cover a wide range of pressures and simplify calibration tasks,
the ADT783 can be quickly equipped with two control modules and a reference
barometric module. Each module provides a dual range or dual accuracy.
Such a flexible modular design allows users to configure different modules
according to their cost, pressure range and accuracy requirements.
The quick-connect function greatly simplifies the controller’s calibration work.

Quick-change pressure modules (30 seconds)

The Additel 151 pressure control modules can be installed or replaced
in 30 seconds or less. Simply open the top edge of the housing. When the
door opens, the controller automatically releases pressure, allowing safe
removal and insertion of the ADT151 modules.

Convenient automatic calibration of the internal pressure control module

For users on the production line, frequent calibration and comparison of the
pressure control module is an important method to improve test and calibration
uncertainty. The ADT783 can be connected to an external high-precision pressure
module, which can be used for regular comparisons of the internal pressure control
module and also enables automatic calibration of the internal pressure control module.

Volt Free Contacts (VFC)

Volt Free Contacts allow control of peripheral devices such as vacuum pumps,
ovens and more. Each VFC option has three independent potential-free
switching contacts (NO/NC). In an Additel instrument, multiple conditions
can be set to trigger a relay and change its contacts, enabling various
actions or control processes.

Specification for ADT783 pressure modules

The following tables provide information about our ADT151 modular pressure sensors,
which are specifically designed for easy installation in the front bays of the
ADT783 pressure controller. Our specifications for differential pressure modules (DP)
and gauge pressure modules (GP) include accuracy statements for linearity, hysteresis,
repeatability, temperature compensation and annual drift. Both the DP and GP pressure
modules can occasionally be zeroed by the controller to minimize the effect of zero drift.
The specifications apply over a temperature range of 15°C to 35°C. We recommend that
these pressure modules be calibrated annually.
